Depending on use and individual requirments, the heating system regulates the room temperature of each room separately, based on the time of day and weekly pattern

Audio system music can be distributed and controlled in the entire house via PC (Desktop/Laptop) or PDA (Personal Digital Assistant).

Lighting, blinds and music can be linked into complex scenarios. they can be combined individually and also modified at any time. Such scene can be started, for example, when the TV is switched on: Depending on the time-of-day shading in realised by moving the blinds or shutters, the lighting is dimmed and the system is set to specific volume.

» Open Window

When you leave the house or before you go to bed, unclosed windows, doors and gates, such as the garage door, are reported.

Afraid of uninvited guests? Trigger the panic button to report an emergency to the police or rescue service.

» Vacation Control

During your vacation, operation of lighting and blinds can be time-controlled to simulate the impresson of a "lived in" house.

Lighting, heat, blinds and home appliances can be conventionally controlled via time control.

When you leave the house, the alarm system can be switched on and defined electrical sockets are switched off by turning the key.
