» Home Automation

Automation can be used to control virtually the whole house. Environmental requirements such as heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning, lights, and blinds. Communications such as telephone, email, Internet, intercom, and video conferencing. Security systems such as the alarm, CCTV and access control.

» Heating

Depending on use and individual requirments, the heating system regulates the room temperature of each room separately, based on the time of day and weekly pattern

» Ventilation

Depending on requirements and air quality (CO2 sensor), windows can be opened and closed or fans can be turned on.

» Air-conditioning

Heating, ventillation and blinds can be harmonized together via KNX/EIB to create an energy-optimised, pleasant climate for comfortable living

» Blinds

Blinds and shutters can be controlled according to brightness, time and requirements.

» Lighting

In house and yard, lighting can be set based on individual desires, the occasion and lighting conditions.

» Appliances

Appliances can be remotely controlled, for instance by means of key control or the "Home Assistant" program interface.

» Multimedia Entertainment & Scene Control

Audio system music can be distributed and controlled in the entire house via PC (Desktop/Laptop) or PDA (Personal Digital Assistant).

Lighting, blinds and music can be linked into complex scenarios. they can be combined individually and also modified at any time. Such scene can be started, for example, when the TV is switched on: Depending on the time-of-day shading in realised by moving the blinds or shutters, the lighting is dimmed and the system is set to specific volume.

» Open Window

When you leave the house or before you go to bed, unclosed windows, doors and gates, such as the garage door, are reported.

» Panic Button

Afraid of uninvited guests? Trigger the panic button to report an emergency to the police or rescue service.

» Vacation Control

During your vacation, operation of lighting and blinds can be time-controlled to simulate the impresson of a "lived in" house.

» Energy Management

Power-hungry devices are automatically switched on at times when electricity rates are lower.

» Time Control

Lighting, heat, blinds and home appliances can be conventionally controlled via time control.

» Key Control

When you leave the house, the alarm system can be switched on and defined electrical sockets are switched off by turning the key.
