As for feedback, I could only say that I thought that you were excellent in every respect - you did the work exactly when you said you would, did it quickly and tidily and I couldn't have been more pleased. I would certainly use your services in the future whenever I needed a good electrician and would recoommend you to anyone.

Ibby, many thanks once again for your exemplary service. This is the second time we've required an urgent call-out, although the first for a wiring problem with our gas combi boiler, and it's the second time you've got our systems up and running again. Your people come when you say they will, at the agreed time, they're incredibly inexpensive especially for a Sunday morning (I can't recall the last time I've insisted on paying more than the bill), and not only that, you then follow up in person to check that everything's OK.

It really is an exemplary service, and I have no hesitation in recommending you and your team.

Yet again you have given us excellent service. I cannot thank you enough for your extremely prompt response to our electrical problem on the 6th December. You appeared to drop everything to come round to help us and you stayed until 11pm that night to get the job finished and issue us with the required certificate. And it was not a straight forward job.
I hope that you had a great holiday over Christmas - you certainly deserved one
